4/21/06: SAVE THE DATE FOR THE CITY'S NEW FALL EVENT: Save October 14 & 15, 2006 for the City's new fall event, Small Stacks (TM): A Rail, River, Family Fitness Festival".  As the City begins the promotion of this exciting event, it has teamed up with the Loveland Arts Council to hold a logo design contest.  The winner will receive $100 and the artwork and artist will be featured in publicity surrounding the event.  Entries are due May 1, 2006. 

4/11/06: Utility Late Fees Assessed Beginning April 24: Due to computer issues, utility bills were mailed late, therefore late fees will not be assessed until April 24, 2006.  This will give utility customers two weeks to make their payment.
